I’m Anton Trinh, currently working as an E-Commerce Product Owner at DOZ Apotek. I am a driven and humble leader with more than 10 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
At DOZ Apotek, I am responsible for the development and implementation of new features across our e-commerce platform. My work focuses on optimizing the user experience, improving performance, and driving continuous enhancements in UX and conversion rate.
My career began on the agency side, where I worked closely with developers in both Scrum and Kanban environments as an E-Commerce Project Manager. This early experience gave me a solid understanding of the technical foundations behind e-commerce—development workflows, backend processes, and system architecture. While I’m not a developer, I have a strong technical grasp and know how technology impacts business outcomes.
During my time at Improove (now Impact Commerce), I structured and led complex implementation and migration projects from start to finish. I managed processes, project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and sprint execution. I delivered multiple e-commerce solutions for brands such as zoo.se, aarke.com, tres-bien.com, and marshallheadphones.com.
As E-commerce Operations Manager at Klättermusen AB, I was the key technology leader within the digital team. I drove the evolution of the company’s digital platform to improve the customer experience and increase conversion. I owned all workflows, development timelines, budgets, and stakeholder management—both internal and external. I also led the implementation of platforms including Emarsys (CRM), Easycom (digital returns), and Klarna Checkout.
At HiQ AB, I worked as an E-Commerce Consultant, combining my technical understanding with hands-on project delivery. I supported clients such as Happy Socks in platform migrations, helping plan execution, gather and structure requirements, and ensure successful, on-time delivery. Beyond daily development work, I also supported businesses with TDDs, discovery phases, and change management.
Most recently, as an E-Commerce Product Manager at Tibber AB, I oversaw daily operations and drove strategic initiatives to strengthen Tibber’s online store. Acting as both point of contact and super user for the platform, I connected operational management with product development to enhance customer experience and business performance. I also served as an informal leader for a team of five developers.
While not an expert in a specific area of the E-commerce industry, I excel as a generalist. With experience across various brands, businesses (B2C & B2B), and roles as both vendor and customer, I have developed a well-rounded understanding of E-commerce. A little extra passionate about conversion optimization in combination with UX and firmly believes that with the right attitude you can learn just about anything.
I drive projects with positive energy and gets dispersed groups with different goals to understand each other's needs and unite around a common goal. I am a good at listening and understanding problems, both at the organizational and technical level. Furthermore, i have an ability to quickly create a holistic view.
Personally, I am driven, humble, and approachable, while also being responsible and competent. I prioritize commitment, teamwork, trust, and respect, constantly seeking growth and learning through curiosity and passion for my work.
